GOSI Organizes Blood Donation Drive in Cooperation with King Faisal Specialist Hospital

Under the social responsibility programs of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), which aim to serve society and encourage employees to engage in activities that support local communities, a blood donation drive was organized by GOSI in cooperation with King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre on Sunday, 6 Muharram 1440 AH. The GOSI Spokesman, Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Abd Al-Jabbar, stated that this campaign, which continued until Thursday, Muharram 8, was held in both GOSI’s HQ and its Riyadh office,
Mr. Al-Abd Al-Jabbar also expressed his appreciation for the cooperation extended between GOSI and King Faisal Specialist Hospital’s blood bank. Furthermore, He thanked GOSI staff for their efforts to ensure the success of this campaign, which is motivated by the Organization’s sense of responsibility with regards to humanitarian and social issues.
The spokesman added that the campaign witnessed a significant level of engagement from the Organization’s officials and staff members. Notably, GOSI has already implemented similar campaigns in its HQ as well as its various offices spread throughout the country. He concluded by pointing out that blood donation is a noble act and a humanitarian duty that express solidarity between GOSI employees and their society.
