In light of the coordination between he General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and other government agencies concerned with the job market, GOSI stated that its regular operations, including its own inspection campaigns as well as the information provided by other agencies, have revealed that there are cases of Saudi workers at private sector bodies who are not registered in the social insurance system. 

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions and regulations of the social insurance system, and in order to protect the rights of contributors, GOSI shall register all individuals who are proven to be private sector workers either by GOSI inspections or by any other information provided by the concerned government agencies. This measure shall be enforced without prejudice to the execution of penalties imposed on employers who fail to register their workers.
