The General Organization for Social Insurance participates in the activities of the 32ndNational Festival of Heritage and Culture, which starts on Wednesday, 21/5/1439 AH, in a new fashion that coincides with the developments witnessed by the Organization.
This was stated by the Organization’s spokesperson, Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Abdul Jabbar, who explained that this year the Organization has worked to change its pavilion fully to meet the requirements to receive its customers and provide a suitable environment for them.
He pointed out that the pavilion provides many services such as definition of the social insurance law and its executive regulations benefits of the law to contributors.
He pointed out that one of the additions for this year is the establishment of a dedicated electronic services corner, which was connected to the headquarters of the Organization, through which all visitor information services are provided to inquire about their pensions and ensure their registration validity and their contribution periods in the scheme. As well as providing information about GOSI online services, and other E services such as the mobile application Taminaty that was launched recently. About the Organization's clients with special needs, Al-Jabbar stated that the Organization has been keen to provide a communication service in the sign language to them, where one of its employees has been assigned to serve them and overcome the obstacles they face in order to upgrade the services provided to all its customers.
At the end of his statement, the Spokesman presented the invitation to visit the Organization's pavilion to learn about the benefits and services provided by the Organization to its clients.
It is worth mentioning that the pavilion of the General Organization for Social Insurance is built on a 250-m2 building specially constructed for this occasion and includes all the necessary services and needs to participate in such a national event.
