Taminaty App won the Achievement Award for e-Government Transactions in its 5th Session

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) added a new achievement to its superb track record in digitizing its e-services. Taminaty App has received the Achievement Award for e-Government Transactions in its 5th Session. On this occasion, GOSI Assistant Manager for Information Technology, Mr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Omran, stated that this achievement is the result of the organization's diligent efforts to introduce new services with the aim of helping the users finalize their procedures smoothly and easily. This award, he added, is the culmination of previous and well-deserved achievements on both national and international levels.
As for the Taminaty app, Al-Omran elaborated that it aims to enable users, whether contributors or beneficiaries, to inquire about their data and finalize their operations without having to go to one of GOSI’s offices. Through the app, clients can view their profile, access a variety of services and information, such as reviewing and calculating the expected monthly pension based on specific dates and increase rates. They can also review the timeline of contributions and salaries and learn more about current contributions of their workplace. Furthermore, clients can also check their eligibility for unemployment compensations "SANED", file a request for such compensation and find out the expected sum.
In addition, clients can request to issue a certificate of their contribution period and salary record, an obligation of transferring benefits certificate, and a certificate indicating the pension amount. The app enables clients to check the dependent details, view information on the latest received benefits, access bank account information, and request a detailed certificate of the pension amount. Moreover, the app provides general services such as the ability to file, review, and monitor registered complaints, along with the option to redirect complaints to the technical support department. In addition, clients can use the app to update their mobile phone numbers.
Al-Omran concluded by urging GOSI clients to save time and effort by making use of this app. He pointed out that clients are already keen on keeping track of their social insurance records.
