          In the interest of the General Organization for Social Insurance to raise the awareness of its customers, the Organization set up an awareness pavilion on Monday 9 Rajab 1439 AH at the headquarters of Saudi Telecom Company in Jeddah for three days to introduce the Social Insurance Law and its executive regulations and answer the inquiries of the employees.
Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Abdul Jabbar, the organization's spokesperson, said that this participation comes within the framework of the Organization's endeavor to educate its customers in various ways and means to ensure access to as many of them as possible, including setting up awareness pavilions in various sectors which include all the necessary possibilities to provide the information message in the form required, where the organizers of the pavilions detailed explanation of the social insurance law and its benefits to contributors and beneficiaries, in addition to a review of the electronic services provided by the Organization to its customers, which are easy and fast and that contribute significantly to the provision of effort, time and money for everyone.
The pavilion was visited by a large number of employees who showed a clear interaction by participating in the discussion, asking questions and inquiries related to transactions; and improving and developing procedures.
