The Program is tailored to suit individual’s needs while embedding the unique GOSI differentiators into the fabric of the organization. Every participant will receive at least four (4) weeks of classroom training over the course of the year. Training is designed to develop key GOSI capabilities, strengthen individual/ future leadership skills, and build the GOSI culture. GOSI sectors may also require additional training to supplement the core offering. Specific to the GOSI ELITE Program, candidates are hired into GOSI Headquarters and not a specific business unit. However, participants will complete several experiences (1-4months in duration) in business or IT functions. Although each participant's rotations are different over the year, the standard curriculum and the power of the program will drive consistency in the participants' experience.
